Advice on equipment

One of the core competencies of our company is excellent market knowledge, experience in supply of equipment and direct contacts with key manufacturers from Europe, USA and Southeast Asia. In the short term Expert Engineering team will choose optimal equipment, and manufacturers which meet the requirements of the project.

The following services are provided:

• defining the requirements for production equipment in accordance with the project (return of investment and value for money, performance, lifespan, energy consumption, etc.)
• preparation of a detailed request for quotation (RfQ)
• list of potential equipment suppliers and sending out RfQ’s
• bid clarification from the various equipment suppliers
• analysis of the offers, selection of alternative manufacturers if necessary
• data collection for negotiations (entry-level price, terms of payment, key equipment specifications, delivery terms, warranties, after sales service availability in Russia, the pros and cons of each producer, etc.)

Eventually the customer gets a bid analysis of all equipment suppliers of the respective equipment, comments on each manufacturer, including reviews of companies having experience working with these equipment suppliers, contact numbers and names of the managers, who submitted proposals for our request. This information is necessary and sufficient to start negotiating with a reduced number of equipment suppliers.
